Signing up is a breeze! Simply provide your name, phone number, and email address at checkout, and our advanced system will automatically track your purchases and rewards.

For every $1 you spend on qualifying retail products, you'll earn 1 point. Remember, points are rounded down—for example, if you spend $48.75, you'll earn 48 points!

Discounts, of course! When you accumulate 150 points, you’ll receive $10 off your next purchase.

Earn points with any in-store purchase of qualifying retail items, even those on sale! Eligible items include hair care products, hair appliances, brushes, beverages, and snacks. Please note that gift cards, taxes, and shipping charges do not earn points.

While Ulta offers $3 for every 100 points and Sephora typically provides samples or bundles, our program is designed to give you real savings on your next shopping spree!

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you bought an item with points and return it, you'll receive only the cash paid and the points back for future use.

Your loyalty rewards are personal and non-transferable. Points are tracked at each location and cannot be combined. If you have a missing transaction, just show us your receipt, and we'll help you out!

To join, you must be at least 13 years old and a resident of the United States. Each individual can have only one account per location, and parental consent is required for those under 18.

The Rewards Program is exclusively for individuals, with only one account permitted per person per location. By making a purchase, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or guardian agrees) to abide by these terms and conditions. To enroll in the Rewards Program, please provide your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. The Program is not available in locations where it is prohibited by law.

Taylor James Salon reserves the right to modify the Program's rules, benefits, eligibility, or any other aspect at any time, including transferring obligations to another party. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation in the Program signifies your acceptance of these changes.

We may exclude individuals from the Program or deduct points from a member's balance at our discretion. Any manipulation or abuse of the Program, failure to comply with its terms, inactivity for over 12 months, misrepresentation, or behavior harmful to the interests of Taylor James Salon may result in revocation of membership or point deductions.

Membership is non-transferable, and purchases must be made by the member. If your membership is revoked or canceled, any points in your account will expire automatically.

Taylor James Salon may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. By joining the Program, you agree to comply with any updated Terms.

Your participation in the Loyalty Rewards Program signifies your unconditional consent to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Rewards Program.
