Each of our stylists is an independent small business. They set their own prices, hours and process their own service transactions. In the event that your end-result isn’t exactly what you expected, refunds are generally not provided. Our stylists will work with you to make sure you’re happy. Just let them know within a week of the original service and they will set some time aside to talk with you directly and make adjustments.
